Appointments & cancellations

Requesting an appointment through the website is subject to confirmation by the clinic. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel so the time can be offered to another client. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated when you book.

Products, gift cards & payments

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Where purchases are available, payment is handled securely by our payment provider. Gift certificates are issued for the value purchased. Please contact us regarding returns or exchanges of skincare products.

The Crow & Co. brand, content, and materials on this site are the property of Salmon Arm Aesthetics and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Salmon Arm Aesthetics is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the website.
